All day to day transactions are performed on our fully integrated Manufacturing System Vantage EMFG. This covers all aspects from Quotation, Procurement, Production, Quality to Shipping. EDI System via modem for Call off from Customers. Engineering Systems used are PRO-E Wildfire 2.0 which uses 3D Modeling and is compatible to customers systems for downloading information. Machine Programming uses SMP81, Radan, Wi-Cam Tooling System and all drawings are compiled using Auto Cad and Cad Key.

3 Trumpf Trumatic 5000R - 1300 cnc sheet metal machining centres are the starting point of production. These have three and a half axis CNC Sheet Metal punching. Positional Accuracy of 0.02mm and Sheet capacity of 2.5m x 1.25m are standard. Larger sheet sizes can be used by the repositioning option.

CNC Forming
5 LVD Press Brakes provide the forming requirements. Ranging from 80 to 135 Ton bending force and Bed Lengths of 3 mtrs. These machines are maximum 3 years old and the latest addition the PPEB 135 includes the revolutionary Laser Guide systems, which controls variation in material thickness adjusting the Controls to give 100% correct angles at all times. This feature eliminates the possibility of incorrectly formed parts. Part Programming can be done both online at each Press Brake or offline at an Engineering workstation using Cadman B 3d software.
